64dc60bd82 Speed up sorting in utils_get_file_list(). This reduces the file 
browser delay on displaying a big directory, e.g. /usr/bin.

b25e3e9650 Remove queue.[hc] - use GQueue instead of GeanyQueue. 
Beep if there are no more snippet positions.
Limit length of snippet positions queue to 20.

06113d6782 Add 'Allow' button when showing the conflicting keybinding dialog. 
Make dialogs_show_question_full() use GTK dialog on Windows if
button text is not the stock yes/no items.
Add dialogs_show_prompt() which also has an 'Apply' button.

683e09aae5 Update syntax highlighting after changing the 'Invert syntax 
highlighting colors' pref, instead of requiring a restart.
Remove filetypes.common invert_all option - use 'Invert syntax
highlighting colors' pref instead (closes #2854525).

ccb873dafa Apply patch from Thomas Martitz to improve sidebar type-ahead code: 
Use gtk_notebook_set_current_page() instead of
document_open_file_full() when choosing an item from the documents
list.

20c42f845a Merge custom-filetypes branch: 
Support adding custom filetype files e.g. filetypes.Foo.conf.
- Code:
Allow GeanyFiletype::extension to be NULL.
Add note about using GeanyFiletype pointer instead of filetype_id
for filetypes.c function arguments.
Replace styleset_none() with styleset_default().
