de29305a31 Fix not loading plugins built against a newer API when Geany doesn't 
provide the required version given in PLUGIN_VERSION_CHECK().

Make build config entries light grey until set.
- src/keybindings.c, src/about.c, THANKS:
Fix the wrong file being put on top of the stack when switching tabs
too quickly (patch from Jiří Techet, thanks).
- src/templates.c, data/templates/gpl, data/templates/function,
data/templates/changelog, data/templates/bsd,
data/templates/fileheader, wscript, Makefile.am:
Move general templates from source code into files.
Load general templates from system path instead of creating them in
the user's config dir.

48064120f8 Small improvements to speed up quit process with many open documents. 
Avoid calling gtk_notebook_remove_page() on exit as it takes a lot of time.
