Backport js.c and asm.c from CTags SVN.
Fix Assembler tagmanager support and add appropriate symbol types. Fix JavaScript parse bug (#1895242). Change default return value of lookupKeyword() in keyword.c as it was done in CTags SVN(r339) and adjust affected parsers. git-svn-id: https://geany.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/geany/trunk@2308 ea778897-0a13-0410-b9d1-a72fbfd435f5
