Place data into data/mp/
Edit password at top of r.inc.php
Log in by posting an empty comment to any comment form, using the password instead of
"MG" for the captcha
Open generate.php
Click "next" once
Click "Generate w/"
Click next until you get to the end
Done!
Optional: Generate /cache/researchtree.svg using /trunk/tools/tech-tree-chart-generator/,
render it as a PNG, and place the PNG in /images/researchtree.png
