Giel van Schijndel 0859814e16 Replace our custom OpenGL extension checking mechanism by GLee:
* import the code from GLee into our repository (a single source and header file), and replace all use of the check_extension function by use of GLee functions
 * Remove function stencil_one_pass and replace all calls to it with `if (GLEE_EXT_stencil_two_side && GLEE_EXT_stencil_wrap)`

Patch from ticket 8 by Buginator (with some minor additions by me)

Giel van Schijndel e89a224b32 Add in support for coloured mouse cursors:
* Add a new configuration option "ColouredCursor", which if enabled will enable coloured cursors ingame
 * Add a new API for setting cursors with: pie_SetMouse (previously frameSetCursor was used)

Patch #956 by Buginator; pie_.*Mouse API done by me (except for the iV_DrawImage invocation)

Giel van Schijndel 637edb1f0d * in pie_SetTexturePage() _always_ disable texturing when invoked with a negative parameter
* In iV_DrawTextRotated() use -1 instead of -2 as texturepage (not that it matters anymore what negative number we use, due to the above change)
 * Add some Doxygen documentation to pie_SetTexturePage()

Per Inge Mathisen fae5745233 Remove unused function pie_DrawImageFileID. Rename pie_SetColourKeyedBlack to
pie_SetAlphaTest, and do not enable it while drawing the ordinary terrain.

Dennis Schridde e9cfca5bb2 - WORLD_COORD() and MAP_COORD() macros to make world->tile and tile->world conversions (>>TILE_SHIFT,<<TILE_SHIFT,*TILE_UNITS,/TILE_UNITS) better readable
- Remove unecessary copying and code duplication from drawTerrainTiles
- Remove more BSP and unused code
- pie_Pagename -> pie_MakeTexPageName
- pie_AddBMPToTexPages -> pie_AddTexPage
- Whitespace and formating
- Fix hardcoded SKY_TEXPAGE id, which depends on the loading order in the wrf file. Changed to string (filename).
- iTexPage.textPage3dfx -> iTexPage.id
- Prevent unecessary texpage switching in pie_DrawTexTriangle

Dennis Schridde 25aa853f29 - Remove lots of inclusions of windows.h (and move inclusion of frame.h up)
- Remove "-%token <sval> TEXT" from audp_parser.y since it clashed with declarations in MinGW's Windows headers. It does still compile and run, but this may have harmed something anyway. Please check!
- Hack around DATADIR being defined by objbase.h in MinGW by undefining it before the inclusion of shlobj.h (incl. in main.c) This only works since the case that DATADIR is actually used on Windows is extremely rare.

seen.

Dennis Schridde 5175535d9d Full pathname includes
Same as in r431, but now for lib/
- converted the sources in lib/ to use full path includes instead of just the filename.
- marked places where lib/ivis_*implementation* (eg opengl) is needed, because of incomplete lib/ivis_common.

Should improve the understanding of interfaces and code organization.

(Also fixed a double slash (//) include in src/multimenu.c)

Dennis Schridde 40090410ac - Cleaned up stubs
- Removed unused/outdated ivis02/Ivis02.dsp/.vcproj and  src/mpdpxtra.[ch]
- Replaced src/mplayer.c with a stub, containing only mplayerSubmit()
- Added DEPRECATED warnings
- Added documentation for WZ_DEPRECATED
One commit follows, to finish the move from ivis02/v4101_stub.c to ivis02/v4101.c

Dennis Schridde fe689a39ec - Cleaned up iVis a bit by "commonalizing" it.
- Added a WZ_DEPRECATED macro (lib/framework/macros.h) to mark deprecated functions.
