- Merge my OpenAL installer NSIS script with Giels (Installed into INSTDIR instead of TEMP)

- Simplify Windows NSIS Makefile. Since 2.25 -options are supported
- Add updater rule to AutoMakefile
- Remove unnecessary aclocal flags from icons/

More merging and Makefile improvements:

- Remove (wrong) double definition of main
- Make enabling/disabling of DATA and INSTALLER easier in raw Makefiles
- Remove COMPRESS and COMPILER from raw Makefiles
- MAKENSIS is no longer mandatory for raw Makefiles
