Gerard Krol 0906040c8b Add an option to rotate the radar when the player rotates the camera. The viewing window on the radar
is thus always facing upwards.  This option is now enabled by default to obtain some feedback.

Per Inge Mathisen b974fe2e01 Try to fix bug #12083: radar's frustum is drawn incorrectly, by making sure different parts
of the code agree on exactly where the radar beings and ends. Please verify if this fixes the bug.

Per Inge Mathisen 0655255ceb patch #969: Rewritten minimap code. This changes the radar window, so that
you now always see the entire map on the radar. You can also change the size
of the radar window using the scroll wheel when cursor is over it.

Per Inge Mathisen 4ee90ba9e3 Adapt radar view to PIELIGHT scheme. The radar colours have been changed a lot, and
we probably need to massage these colours a bit before release. Radar tile colours 
in all but objects only mode are a complicated blend of tile height and colour. Closes
patch #858.

Per Inge Mathisen 345d335790 Reduce max radar zoom to 1, because a value of 2 is buggy. Replace
hard-coded radar size values with a slightly better define.

Per Inge Mathisen af3631c5f9 Get radar colours from radar text files instead of samples of the terrain tiles.
The radar files use HTML-like hex values for colours (ie FFFFFF is clear white).

Gerard Krol aec9db0a8f Updated the CPU hungry radar only once in 10 frames, instead of twice per frame. Replaced a call to iV_PaletteNearestColour(255, 255, 255) with
PIE_TEXT_WHITE.

Roman C cc5f4ef441 -new 'height-map' radar mode (CTRL+TAB to cycle through radar modes)
-revamped radar modes management

Scripting engine:
-some interpreter speedups
-new script function to modify map tile height from scripts
-made numeric pad keys 0-9 accessible from scripts

Per Inge Mathisen 88fb8b7727 Forward port Qamly's additional radar modes from Berlios. This allows you
to switch terrain radar off, and allies radar on. You must delete your
old keymap file before you can use this feature.
