Add icon to menu file too (use netpbm to convert to required 32x32 xpm).
Minor cleanups to debian/rules and package description.

Debian packages can be built with a command like:
dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -b -uc
Any 'official' .deb release should update debian/changelog before
building (particularly the version number).
