Buginator 0aff0b46cf Add a new debug flag type, LOG_FATAL.
This is used to differentiate LOG_ERROR (which is a *non* fatal error, but a error none the less) and fatal errors which result in program termination with no *visible* output (on windows/macs) on our end because of the crappy GUI functions so we usually dump it to stderr.txt and there is no clue that the program had to exit for whatever reason.

Hopefully, this will be helpful to windows people so they can differentiate between *our* exit/abort routines, and crashes that occur in drivers which look exactly the same since they get dumped back to the desktop with no visible clue why.

LOG_FATAL is *always* on in both debug & release builds.

On LOG_FATAL debug lines, on windows, we now throw up a modal dialog box with the current error message.  At this time, this only happens when we have a error, and we use abort() right after the error, which makes it fatal.

That explains why this touches ~60 files :)

Gerard Krol 624838ea8c Clean up the God Mode ("deity") code. It is reduced to one line in visibility.c, instead of a lot of || godMode terms all over the
source. It looks better now as all effects are shown even for areas you officially can't see. The only disadvantage is that disabling it 
again looks really bad (structures remain visible). As I do not expect a lot of people to disable God Mode, you now can not turn it off 
anymore.

Dennis Schridde e9cfca5bb2 - WORLD_COORD() and MAP_COORD() macros to make world->tile and tile->world conversions (>>TILE_SHIFT,<<TILE_SHIFT,*TILE_UNITS,/TILE_UNITS) better readable
- Remove unecessary copying and code duplication from drawTerrainTiles
- Remove more BSP and unused code
- pie_Pagename -> pie_MakeTexPageName
- pie_AddBMPToTexPages -> pie_AddTexPage
- Whitespace and formating
- Fix hardcoded SKY_TEXPAGE id, which depends on the loading order in the wrf file. Changed to string (filename).
- iTexPage.textPage3dfx -> iTexPage.id
- Prevent unecessary texpage switching in pie_DrawTexTriangle

Dennis Schridde 2a74242eb3 - Replaced various vectors with Vector3i and Vector3f (idea by Watermelon)
- Vector3i from lib/ivis also used in lib/audio, maybe want to move it to some more generic place?
- Replace iPoint with Vector2i
- Remove additional integer type declarations from pietypes.h
- Rename all iSprite to iTexture
- Various warning fixes: Unsigned/signed comparisons, uninitialized variables, declared but not defined symbols
- Replace DEBUG_BLOCK with DEBUG_MALLOC (it was virtually the same)

Dennis Schridde 27fadd14cf - converted the sources in src/ to use full path includes instead of just the filename.
- marked places where lib/ivis_*implementation* (eg opengl) is needed, because of incomplete lib/ivis_common.

Should improve the understanding of interfaces and code organization.
