Dennis Schridde	356ed35cbb	Add Qt4 GUI. It uses 3ds2pie.c:dump_pie_file() and only has very basic error checking right now. - To get the (currently only german) translation, run "lrelease 3ds2pie_gui.pro". - When translating with (Qt Linguist), make sure to use the preview function to check whether your strings fit into the UI.
