LNJ2 03f9a797df README.txt(s): Add links for media licenses

The Creatie Commons licenses all say that you have to
link the license, near nobody in the Minetest community
does this. Everybody only writes e.g. "CC BY-SA 3.0".

So, I changed this to follow the rules of the CC licenses!
