according to

10240 is actually 26624 and there was some kind of versioning issue.

duplicate the work.

Andrew Kelley eb8440441f travis: skip cross compiling osx tests 
we have to skip cross compiling OSX tests because
apt.llvm.org has an old version of llvm for the
version of ubuntu that travis is running on.
