Jens Ayton 8e9e906b76 Backported generalization of SystemInfo.systemsInRange() (oops - intended to do that for 1.74.1). Don't use multi-texture materials on hardware which doesn't support it.

Config

Updated Mac OpenGL context handling to be slightly more similar to recommended best practice. Doesn't actually _follow_ best practice because best practice only works in Snow Leopard. Also, avoid unnecessary graphics reset during startup.

Shaders

Fixed a shader error when using normal map but no specular lighting at all. Odd thing to do, but valid.

oolite-data
===========

This contains all the data that oolite needs when you run it - sounds,
textures etc. It is distributed separately to the source since
the source is changing MUCH more frequently than the data, and it makes
for massive source downloads if the data is included.

Unpack this directory in your oolite source dir before you build.
