Marc da4b70efa5 * missiles part II: no more quantum NPC missiles - they still use the same criteria as before, but they're created with the ship, instead of immediately before launch.
* max_missile now applies to NPC ships too.
* fix: corrected a mistake affecting setEquipmentStatus.
