Better way of setting and calculating missile damage
- revert r4853 changes to dealEnergyDamageAtDesiredRange
- instead, introduce ship.dealEnergyDamage(damage,range)
- apply new function to stock missiles, change default ship script for missiles

Fixed missing a TARGET_LOST message in hardMissileAI leading to not reaction on cloaking. Instead added a deliberate short pause on missile and hardMissele explosions. It won't detonate anymore during that pause, but still can give scrap damage when colliding with missile.

Bunch of cleanup, mostly tabs vs. spaces (yes, I'm silly). Reformatted AIs for consistency, and removed do-nothing handlers. Deleted old sky code.

Fix for OS X-specific build issues (recommend deleting build folder and rebuilding all). Missiles now respond to ECM during initial launch.
