eaadf2eb01 Detach sun colour randomisation from star colour randomisation 
Also randomises (slightly) flare and hues settings for the corona.

380c9f8f4a Nova and related adjustments 
- increase default corona flare
- increase nova corona flare ranges to match
- make nova stars in expansion phase keep high corona flare
- make flare changes in nova mission use frame callback for smooth changes

0266a49b78 Commit various options of recharging shields & energy banks, as discussed. 
By default, Eric's suggestion is enabled (Case 1).  Case 0 is current
behaviour, and Case 2 is my suggestion.

Once a solution is picked, the others should be removed.

fe9d9da2f9 * fixed inconsistent disabling of 'custom view' key while in flight: it's now disabled only in the long range map (to allow input of system names), enabled everywhere else. 
* reduced - but not yet eliminated - the blue flash caused by wrongly drawn exhausts after hyperspace jumps.

- minor comments & log output cleanup.

9813c80369 * changes to docking effects: 
- rock hermits have a docking tunnel consistent with their docking slot.
- when in strict mode, use ring.dat for all docking (as per oolite 1.65 - 1.73).
- renamed the new docking 'rings' as oolite-tunnel.dat and oolite-rocktunnel.dat.

* fix: stopped ship.exitSystem() from generating a clone of itself after leaving the system.

84800c9134 Allow break pattern model to be specified externally. This works similar to the docking clearance: The default is set in the 'universal' section of planetinfo.plist under the 'default_breakpattern_model' key and is used for both hyperspace and docking pattern. Docking pattern can be overriden for each station by setting the key 'docking_pattern_model' in its shipdata.

b0c7b0dbfd Hopefully fixed a memory mismanagement situation that resulted in occasional crashes related to planet textures. Increased just a tad the default corona flare for enhanced prettiness.

19cbb04377 * Fixes to ship registry: 
- is_template is no longer inherited, causing all derived ships to be
    silently deleted. 
  - Ships whose model can’t be found are now reported and deleted from the
    registry.
  - Ships used as subentities no longer require roles. 
  - Ships with invalid subentity definitions (not exactly eight tokens) are
    now reported and deleted from the registry. 
  - New is_external_dependency key suppresses errors for missing like_ship and
    subentity references. (A ship with is_external_dependency will still be
    deleted from the registry if it can’t be properly resolved, there just
    won't be a message about it.)
 * Added missing compatibility method player.spawnOne().
 * Default galactic_hyperspace_behaviour respelled to BEHAVIOUR_STANDARD.
 * Corrected warning text in setGalacticHyperspaceBehaviourTo:.
 * Added nil check in collision detection.

fc9ba4eb28 Set default multiplier values for star and nebulae to 2 and 1 respectively. Reverted to original star and nebula counts in interstellar space. Star count in system space is now halved if in reduced detail mode.

18ee20b861 Added star and nebula count multipliers in planetinfo.plist. Attempt to prettify skies by increasing the number of stars by a factor of 5 and the number of nebulae by a factor of 10. Also bumped version number on Windows/Linux build scripts.

f856ec3814 Changed hex representation of GH fixed coordinates to decimal, because [PlayerEntity setGalacticHyperspaceFixedCoords] seems to have a problem reading hexadecimal representations into unsigned char arrays, making the default coordinates (0,0,0) instead of (96,96,0).

579eb6aa33 Made intergalactic jump destinations user controllable. The planetinfo.plist key galactic_hyperspace_behaviour determines if the jump will be 1) the standard Oolite type (no isolated systems can be reached), 2) all systems are reachable or 3) fixed coordinates arrival, set by the key galactic_hyperspace_fixed_coords in planetinfo.plist. Also implemented JavaScript control methods PlayerSetGalacticHyperspaceBehaviour and PlayerSetGalacticHyperspaceFixedCoords and the inquiring equivalents player.galacticHyperspaceBehaviour, player.galacticHyperspaceFixedCoords_x and player.galacticHyperspaceFixedCoords_y.
