Merge PR from minenux/bugfixeds-quartz-sounds-new-api fixed soudn issues

* due lack of feedback i'll assume this works.. so merge this and close issue #45
* Close #45 by #46
* for backguard compatibility must follow https://codeberg.org/minenux/minenux/issues/19 this guide must be used to detect the engine version and property put changes
* First commit include fix for https://github.com/D00Med/LegendofMinetest/issues/45 the explanation is on the issue
