# Rules of Rules Modifications
To define the process of rule changes, to avoid doubt in the event that a crime is committed while a rule change is in effect, to solve conflict between rules.
## 1. Short Title
This rules document may be cited as the Rules of Rules Modifications.
## 2. Modifying Rules
1. Admins may modify any rules at any time.
2. Unless otherwise specified, all changes to the rules apply immediately once they are announced.
3. An ***announcement*** means any method to let all the players know about the change, and the term ***announce*** shall be construed accordingly.
## 3. Crime commited while a rule change is in effect
For crime commited while a rule change is in effect-
1. Either the old rules or the new rules could be used to sue.
