This is a Minetest mod than adds e-cigarettes.
When used they give you an effect depending on the flavor (only 5 exist).

E-Liquids: Place a steel_ingot in the middle bottom and one of these ingredients in the middle:
Speed - Obsidian Shard,
High Jump - Mese Crystal Fragment,
Low Grav -  Diamond,
Anti-Grav - Diamond Block,
High Grav - Mese Crystal
