Available commands if the `area` mod is installed

## Skybox

Per-area skyboxes:

* **/skybox_list** lists all available skyboxes
* **/area_skybox_set <ID> <skyboxname>** sets an area skybox
* **/area_skybox_get <ID>** returns the area skybox
* **/area_skybox_clear <ID>** removes the area skybox
