Various changes in CMakeLists.txt on various subdirectory levels.

Perforamnce tweaks:
- public RawVolume::m_pData
- add RawVolume::m_dataSize
- optimize RawVolume::getVoxelAt() and RawVolume::setVoxelAt() in a way that
  does not handle edge cases properly
