It is common to pass in the time in seconds or milliseconds elapsed since this function was last called. | --- #### `:isEmpty()` Returns whether or not the CooperativeScheduler's queue is empty. # Subject Subjects function both as an Observer and as an Observable. Subjects inherit all Observable functions, including subscribe.
