This is a moc file; it does nothing but tell xcode to use moc on the file named without the '.moc'.

Where the file to be moced is '${name}', the moc file is named '${name}.moc' and the resulting file will be named '${name}.moc.cpp'

Use for any other purpose will result in being roundly moced.
